Mr. Saju Augustine – Managing Partner
Mr. Saju Augustine is the Managing Partner of Augment Management Consultancy and have successfully led the company since its inception. After completing schooling from a military school and graduating in science, Mr. Saju Augustine pursued the profession of accounting and finance. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991 and is a Fellow Member (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a registered auditor licensed by the Ministry of Economy of the UAE (No: 136) since 2000. His academic aspirations also led him to MBA in Finance.
With over 32 years of experience in audit and consultancy fields spread across geographies, Mr. Saju Augustine has helped numerous clients achieve their financial goals and navigate complex business challenges. Mr. Saju Augustine has a deep understanding of the accounting, auditing and business advisory landscape and oversees assurance and advisory engagements with more than 400 SMEs and large enterprises.
At Augment management consultancy, Mr. Saju Augustine leads a team of experienced consultants in accounting, tax and business advisory services, who work with clients across a wide range of industries.
Mr. Saju Augustine contribution has been instrumental in helping our clients with respect to various services availed by them and navigate complex business challenges. In addition to his work, Mr. Saju Augustine is also active in the broader accounting and business advisory community in the UAE. He is the Regional Director (Middle East) of the Kreston Global Audit Group and Senior Partner of Kreston Menon Chartered Accountants.
Mr. Dinoop George – Director
As a key member of Augment Management Consultancy, Mr. Dinoop George serves as the Director of the advisory team in the firm. With over 17 years of experience, he brings a wealth of expertise to Augment Management Consultancy. Mr. Dinoop George is an engineer and an MBA.
Mr. Dinoop has experience in transaction advisory, mergers & acquisitions, business valuations, due diligence, feasibility studies, business plans, budgetary planning, concept plans and financial statement analysis for companies across multiple sectors., internal audits, development of policies and procedures, process mapping and gap analysis and HR reviews. He has led teams in implementation and compliance requirements with respect to VAT and ESR laws. His experience encompasses servicing clients from industries such as manufacturing, retail, fmcg, education, hospitality, real estate and construction, family business and others.
At Augment, he is responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to our clients and leading and managing team of professionals. His leadership has been instrumental in providing quality services to the clients.
